How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your PigeonMail account and associated data, send an email to goryunov_ad@magnit.ru from the email address you use for support, and include your PigeonMail login or user ID.

The Android app also links to this page from Settings, so users can initiate deletion from inside the app and from the web.

What Will Be Deleted

We will delete or anonymize account profile data and service data associated with your account where deletion is technically and legally possible, including profile information and service data tied to the account.

What May Be Retained

Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, backups, dispute resolution, or operational integrity.
